• Reservations for one to three days must be paid in full at time of reservation.
  

• Reservations for extended stays require a 25% deposit and full payment must be made 15 days before travel date.

Cancellations

• If you would like to cancel your reservation, please let us know right away.

• Cancellations 48 hours prior to check-in are subject to one day or 10%, whichever is greater.
  

• Reservations canceled three days prior to check in will be charged a one-day reservation fee.
  

• All policies and rates may vary due to prior arrangements made with the Hotel.

  Pets

• Small to medium dogs are allowed with a pet surcharge fee of $20.00 per day per pet.
