Our Policy

Hotel Guest Policy

  • All room rates include continental breakfast and daily housekeeping

  • Parking available at no charge.

  • Please contact our staff for any special needs or requests.

  • Each room has a maximum guest limit, prices are based on double occupancy. Additional guest fee, $15 per night, $10 for children under 12 years of age.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, additional charges may apply. No check-ins will be accepted past 8:30 PM.

Payment

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Payment for your stay will be taken upon check-in. All major credit cards accepted.

Deposit

  • Reservations require a one night deposit

Cancellations

  • Deposit is fully refundable 30 days prior to check-in and will be non-refundable within 30 days.

  • Reservations must be canceled minimum 15 days prior to the check-in date to avoid additional cancellation fees. Cancellations within 15 days will result in a charge equivalent to your full stay.

Smoking Policy

  • Our property is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas, including guest rooms and common areas. A cleaning fee of USD500.00 will be charged to guests who violate this policy. We do have designated outdoor smoking areas.

Pets

  • Small dogs and service animals are allowed on the premises for a fee of USD$20.00. Large dogs are not allowed.

Damages

  • Guests will be held responsible for damages caused to the hotel property or its contents during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied to the guest's credit card / deposit on file.

Quiet Hours

  • To ensure all guests have a comfortable stay, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Lost and Found

  • The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you have lost something during your stay, please contact the front desk for assistance. Items left behind will be held for 30 days before being donated or disposed of.

Security and Safety

  • For your safety and security, please keep your room door locked at all times and do not admit strangers into your room. In case of emergency, please dial 911.
